Q3 brought decreases in both overall vacancy and available sublease space in the office market, and despite highwater mark vacancy in the industrial sector, cooling deliveries and record asking rents indicate signs of stability after the pace of the previous couple of years. Coupled with an initial interest rate cut from the Federal Reserve, there’s plenty of reason to anticipate  a Fix in ‘26.
