Fair Oaks Construction, Inc, is a home construction company owned and operated by Douglas B. Rens. Since 1989, he has been building “families”dream homes, from little cottages to burned -out ranch homes to elegant palatial estates. Doug works with land owners, plan-check inspectors, tradesmen from framers to electricians, to provide home owners with professional service that is practiced and practical, all benefiting from his 31 years in the business of building and rebuilding families dream homes.

Doug is a native Californian, born and raised in greater Los Angeles area, where he and his wife have chosen to raise their family.
